"Pacific Standard Creative," "PSC," and related names, marks, and logos are trademarks of PSC or its affiliates. You may not use any of these marks without our prior written permission.

Audio Samples and Portfolio Content

Audio samples, demo reels, and project examples featured on the Site are presented for portfolio and informational purposes only. Many works featured on the Site are the property of, or feature contributions from, our clients and partners and are reproduced with permission. You may not download, copy, redistribute, sample, remix, or otherwise use any audio, music, sound design, or other media on the Site for any purpose without the prior written consent of PSC and any applicable rights holders.

Submissions

If you send PSC project inquiries, demo materials, ideas, suggestions, or other communications through the Site or otherwise (collectively, "Submissions"), you represent that you have the right to share them and that the Submissions do not violate any third-party rights or applicable law. You grant PSC a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use Submissions for the purpose of evaluating, responding to, and acting upon your inquiry. We treat sensitive business communications with industry-standard care, but please do not send confidential or proprietary materials before we have established a written engagement.

Third-Party Links and Services

The Site may contain links to third-party websites, services, or resources that are not owned or controlled by PSC. We do not endorse and are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party site or service. Your use of third-party sites is at your own risk and subject to those parties' terms.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, PSC DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. PSC DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED. Limitation of Liability TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL PSC, ITS AFFILIATES, OR ITS LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. PSC'S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US$100). 

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless PSC and its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party right.

Copyright Complaints

PSC respects the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe that material on the Site infringes your copyright, please send a notice that complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA") to our designated agent at the contact address below. Your notice should include: (1) a description of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed; (2) the location of the allegedly infringing material on the Site; (3) your contact information; (4) a statement of good-faith belief that the use is not authorized; (5) a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are authorized to act on the copyright owner's behalf; and (6) your physical or electronic signature.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. You agree that any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. The most current version will always be posted on the Site, with the "Last updated" date revised. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
